Organising an Event - Rock & Pop Function Band to hire.

The Cartoon Kings are a 5-piece rock & pop band with a great set list & a cool, edgy sound. They cover Beatles, Stones, Duffy, Killers, Kings of Leon, Florence & the Machine, Dolly Parton(!) and many more. Ideal for weddings & parties! Great repertoire, great sound, great style, Excellent choice!

What Sort of Music Do They Play?

With Classic dance floor fillers such as I’m a believer, Summer of 69, Don’t stop believing and many more, their extensive & varied setlist caters for all ages and includes a mixture of 60's 70's indie and modern songs, you can be absolutely sure that guests of all ages will be up dancing and singing all night.

Your Event

The band are able to provide a variety of music through the night including an acoustic set, offer a DJ option, and always provide background music between sets free of charge. You are invited to bring along an MP3 player to play through their sound system. You can choose from 2 x 45 minute sets or 2 x 60 minute sets.
The band are incredibly flexible with all aspects of their show. No gig is too big or too far away and they are very adaptable to a range of room types and always adjust volume levels to suit your requirements.

Superior equipment

The band's show uses a 3000 watt full range 16 channel PA system at all performances plus a complete lighting show with 8 x par 64 cans.

The band uses only the very best instruments, amplifiers and microphones, including Fender, Gibson Guitars, Mesa Boogie and Ashdown amps, Beyer Microphones and Tama Star Classic 4 piece drums and percussion.


The Cartoon Kings perform over 40 functions a year at weddings & corporate events and are the recommended function band for local venues such as The Moathouse, Stafford , Sandon Hall, Stafford , Weston Park , Weston Under Lizard, Goldstone Hall, Market Drayton and the Swan Hotel, Stafford .
